Join us for Wednesday Night Trivia Lounge at Oak Street Restaurant and Bar in North Aurora! Sign-up begins at 7:30pm and questions begin at 8:00pm sharp. Trivia is free and you can play with up to 7 friends on your team. Teams can win Tasty Prizes and Gift Cards.
The host of the evening is North Aurora's very own lounge lizard Jaime Gutierrez. Not only will he ask the questions but he'll also supply musical hints for each (which can be a little tricky to figure out as well). Here's a sample:
Q: In computer measurements, which is the smallest: MB, TB, or GB?
A: MB (or Megabyte)
Musical hint: "Seven Nation Army" by the White Stripes, whose drummer is named Meg White. Meg White/Megabyte…get it?!

Following a very successful Spring season, Style After Dark will be launching again this Autumn on Thursday March 1st, at the South Melbourne Market.
Style After Dark is South Melbourne's night market. Located along the street in the heritage magnificence of the South Melbourne Market with its wide verandahs, Style After Dark provides an outlet for a vibrant local community of clothing designers and makers.
Stalls display locally-designed, locally-made and collectible clothing, accessories, jewellery, headwear and an eclectic mix of artisan stalls.
The location is superb and well-supported by existing restaurants and wine bars in Cecil Street. This unique dining destination is like all an all year round hawkers’ market, with the restaurants and bars attached. Feast on the many flavours from around the world, Paella, Tapas and Sangria at Simply Spanish, home-cooked style Italian at Vino, the best roast duck in town at Linx. At Claypots Evening Star you can indulge in Octopus skewers, and other delightful teppanyaki style dishes, either inside or on the street from the seafood peddler. For some Mediterranean and Middle Eastern delights, Koy restaurant is the perfect place to sit with friends and experience the sharing of Meze or large plates.
Each week bands showcase different musical styles, Melbourne- based Dancing Heals, 2012 ‘s band to watch, will be launching Style After Dark on March 1st. An impressive line-up of new and local talent will take the stage every Thursday night on Cecil Street.
Coventry Street comes alive with Style After Darks’ resident band the Hi Fi Lounge Lizards, with a changing weekly line-up of DJ, Flamenco guitar and dancer, percussion, flute, accordion and vocals, to entertain the stallholders and shoppers.
Independent local fashion, hawker-style food, wine bars and restaurants, live music and great entertainment.
